The Shang Grand Tower

The Shang Grand Tower construction began in September 2003. Despite political uncertainties that took place during the time, the project flourished. On November 2005, EPHI’s wholly-owned subsidiary, The Shang Grand Tower Corporation (TSGTC) completed construction of the luxury condominium. Its completion established new standards of design, luxury, and performance, as well as invigorating what is now a thriving industry.

The 46-storey gem never fails to amaze onlookers with its traditional art deco design. The popular residential address opened its doors with a formal inauguration on March 8, 2006.

The Enterprise Center

KSA Realty Coporation is the majority owner of The Enterprise Center, an architectural landmark located at the crossroads of Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas and dela Rosa streets in the Makati Central Business District.  The prestigious address of the top names in Philippine business, it showcases impeccably planned facilities, conceived and designed to meet the exacting demands of high-level decision-makers.
