Upscale developer Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc. (SRPI), a joint venture between Shang Properties, Inc. (SPI) and Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), recently unveiled a high-rise condominium project in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

Aurelia Residences is a 9,118 square meter (sq.m.) project that is the result of a collaboration between architect Brian Lee of world-renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and elite design company FM Architettura D’Interni founder Francesca Muzio.

Aurelia Residences is a limited collection of 285 bespoke homes, whose design elements evoke the modern concept of the Italian ideal of “sprezzatura”, or an “effortless and understated kind of classic elegance.”

“We are bringing an unprecedented brand of elegance and luxury,” said Wilfred Woo, SPI executive director and SRPI vice chairman. “Our vision is to offer effortlessly elegant living within an urban landscape, especially one that is as fast-paced as what we have here in BGC.”

Aurelia Residences offers three-bedroom and four-bedroom units. Around 5,000 sq.m. are allocated for amenities that include a resort-inspired pool, pool deck area, function room, home cinema, indoor and outdoor playgrounds designed for modern families, and a well-equipped gym.

Located along McKinley Parkway corner 5th Avenue and 21st Drive, Aurelia Residences is accessible via major roads, highways, and public utility vehicles along EDSA, and is linked through roads and transportation networks to Metro Manila’s central business districts. — Bjorn Biel M. Beltran
