The St. Francis Shangri-La Place continues the standards of fine living established by The Shang Grand Tower. Once completed, it will be the tallest residential condominium in the country with its 60-storey twin towers. Developed through the collaboration of Hong Kong- & Philippine-based architects, it will feature amenities like Wi-Fi hotspots, clubhouse with gym & aerobics room, play areas, and 24-hour convenience store. It is due for completion by early 2009.

The Shang Grand Tower construction began in September 2003. Despite political uncertainties that took place during the time, the project flourished. On November 2005, EPHI’s wholly-owned subsidiary, The Shang Grand Tower Corporation (TSGTC) completed construction of the luxury condominium. Its completion established new standards of design, luxury, and performance, as well as invigorating what is now a thriving industry.
