Responsible for formulating strategies to sell Shang Properties Inc. projects, as well as leading, organizing and evaluating the sales managers and the administrative staff in order to achieve the performance targets set by the company while upholding the company’s brand equity and values.
Successful candidates are expected to prospect for clients, conduct presentations, close sales, provide account management in order to sell the company’s projects according to its business objectives and in a manner reflective of the company’s values. Provide clients with relevant real estate developments and latest market trends. Keep clients abreast on promo terms, discounts, price increases and other pertinent information that have an impact on their purchase.
To efficiently execute sales strategies set by management, meet sales targets and effectively manage client accounts in accordance with the company’s policies, while upholding the company’s brand equity and values.
The Project Manager will be involved in all stages of the project. Leading, managing and coordinating with all consultants, contractors, vendors and the site team as well as ensuring smooth progress and completion of the project within schedule, cost and high quality standards
