Redefining Urban Luxury

Aurelia Residences, the first ultra-luxury development joint venture between Shang Properties, Inc. and Robinsons Land Corporation

Aurelia Residences, the first ultra-luxury development joint venture between Shang Properties, Inc. and Robinsons Land Corporation, was recently launched with the opening of its tasteful show suite highlighting the property’s fine Italian style with a Filipino touch, thus setting an elevated lifestyle standard.

Aurelia Residences is set to change the Bonifacio Global City skyline with its outstanding contemporary design meticulously crafted through a partnership between the Chicago-based high-end commercial building expert architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and Italian elite design company FM Architecttura d’Interni.

The guests were welcomed by Wilfred Woo, Executive Director of Shang Properties, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc.; Lance Y. Gokongwei, Chairman of Robinsons Land Corporation; Frederick D. Go, President and CEO of Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc.; and Karlo Marco P. Estavillo, COO and CFO of Shang Properties, Inc. and President of Sang Robinsons Properties Inc.

“We are bringing an unprecedented brand of elegance and luxury,” said Woo. “Our vision is to offer effortlessly elegant living within an urban landscape, especially one that is as fast-paced as what we have in BGC.”

To achieve this, SOM architect Brian Lee and FM founder Francesa Muzio collaborated with passionate people through countless brainstorming sessions to come up with a stellar design and a name to go with it. Thus, Aurelia Residences was born, apt for the understated elegance the development evokes. From bird’s eye view, Aurelia resembles a propeller or three leaves joined at the petiole.

The 17-billion project has limited 280 bespoke homes designed with neutral palette with elegant accents evoking Italian sophistication infused with Filipino sensibilities.

“Aside from design, we took into consideration the people who will live here,” Muzio said while pointing every detail they painstakingly worked on to achieve an “authentic building for authentic people” referring to the business movers who already reserved units even before the launching.

Taking into consideration Filipino culture of collecting things, all rooms are equipped with hidden storages and wisely used spaces while maintaining quiet elegance.

After a four-year construction period, Aurelia will boast an unparalleled view of the city skyline with the green landscapes of the Manila Golf Club, Forbes Park and Manila Polo Club while around 5,000 square meters are allocated for amenities such as a resort-inspired pool and a pool deck area that connect to a canopy room with equally seamless outdoor view.

With an entry level cut of 240 square meters, each unit will have three bedrooms and a private lobby, a testament to the development’s commitment to utmost exclusivity and security that will make McKinley Parkway corner 5th Avenue one of the most coveted addresses in the city.
