Shang Properties bags top honors in prestigious property tilt

Leading luxury developer Shang Properties Inc. reaffirmed its dominance in its segment by taking home two five-star awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025 in Thailand.

At the awarding ceremony held last week, Shang Properties received the five-star awards in the Residential High Rise Development category for Shang Summit, and in the Apartment/Condominium Development category for Shang Bauhinia Residences. These accolades underscore the company’s dedication to design excellence, innovation, and creating world-class living environments.

The five-star award is the highest level of recognition at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, given out after a determination by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts. Shang Summit, located in the heart of Quezon City, is a premier high rise residential development that exemplifies urban sophistication and architectural excellence. This two-tower project, Shang Properties’ first residential project in the city, is set to be the tallest residential building in the country.
